Lisa Leone is an Air Force veteran and currently serves as the Bonding Education Program Manager in the Regional Assistance Division (RAD) of the Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), US Department of Transportation.

RAD is responsible for overseeing the Department’s 11 grant-funded Small Business Transportation Resource Centers (SBTRCs) located nationwide, where small businesses receive counseling, training, and technical assistance – to include the Bonding Education Program.
