Federal Government Employee The Federal Government Employee fee is for valid U.S. federal government employees. A valid government employee ID that does not expire before August 2024 must accompany your registration and will be verified by the AMAC National Office. |

Guest Pass A guest pass is for family members and guests not actively involved in aviation (not for business associates, staff, colleagues, or students). It cannot be used by a member of AMAC or any of its aviation affiliates. There is a limit of one Guest Pass per registrant, and it must accompany a full conference registration. |

Student The Student fee is for students enrolled full-time in high school or an undergraduate or graduate program. Your valid school email address is required to register. A student identification may be requested for validation. |

NOTE: Your badge and accompanying tickets/wristbands, which you will receive at onsite registration, are your passport to all eligible sessions, meetings and events and should always be kept with you. Your badge is required for admission to all conference events. In addition to your badge, your tickets/wristbands are required for admission to all ticketed-conference events.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Conference registration cancellations will be charged a $150 processing fee, and conference event ticket* cancellations will be charged a $75 processing fee. Cancellations will be accepted until Monday, July 1, 2024. No refunds will be made after this date. Conference registration cancellations must be in writing to events@amac-org.com. All cancellation requests must be accompanied by payment information and/or a copy of the official purchase confirmation. Refunds less the processing fee will be processed within 45 days.

BADGE REPRINT POLICY
To create a secure environment, all conference attendees and exhibitors are required to wear badges to access all conference sessions, events, meal functions and the Exhibit Hall. AMAC prohibits badge sharing or splitting. Any violation of this policy may result in removal from an event and cancellation of the registration without receiving a refund. Additionally, AMAC reserves the right to deny registration for future events. A $800 badge reprint fee per badge will be required for lost badges, and valid photo identification is required.
