  • Government Employee $940

    The Government Employee fee is for valid U.S. government employees. A valid government employee ID that does not expire by June 2022 must accompany your registration and will be verified by the AMAC National Office.

  • Student $425

    The Student Individual fee is for students enrolled in an accredited college or university. A valid student ID that does not expire by June 2022 must accompany your registration and will be verified by the AMAC National Office.

  • DBE/ACDBE Liaison Officer & Program Administrators Training (2 Days) $600

    DBE/ACDBE Liaison Officer & Program Administrators Trainings are NOT included in the conference registration fee. You can add to your registration or only participate in the training offerings.

  • DBE/ACDBE Liaison Officer & Program Administrators Training (1 Day) $345

    DBE/ACDBE Liaison Officer & Program Administrators Trainings are NOT included in the conference registration fee. You can add to your registration or only participate in the training offerings.

  • Business Matchmaking $250

    Business Matchmaking is included with your conference registration. Alternatively, you can register to participate in this event only. Business Matchmaking includes access to the Welcome to Chicago Denim & Diamonds Sneaker Ball.

  • Celebrating Women in Aviation Breakfast $100

    The AMAC Foundation Celebrating Women in Aviation Breakfast is NOT included in the conference registration fee. You can add this to your registration or only participate in the AMAC Foundation Celebrating Women in Aviation Breakfast.

  • SOLD OUT! Topgolf $300

    AMAC Foundation Bill Walker Memorial Topgolf is NOT included in the conference registration fee. You can add this to your registration or only participate in Topgolf.

  • Guest Pass $400

    A guest pass is intended for family members and guests not actively involved in aviation (not for business associates, staff, colleagues or students). A guest cannot be a member of AMAC or any of its aviation affiliates. There is a limit of one guest pass per registrant and it must accompany a full conference registration.

ONLINE REGISTRATION STEPS

Login to the AMAC Portal with your credentials to purchase your registration.

    • Forgot your password? Click ‘Forgot your password?’ or email info@amac-org.com to receive a temporary password.
    • First time accessing the AMAC Portal? Create an account by selecting ‘New Visitor Registration.’
  • Once you are logged in, select ‘Upcoming Events‘ on the left menu bar.
  • Next, select ‘AMAC 37th Annual Airport Business Diversity Conference.’ Self and group registration options are available by selecting the appropriate icon under ‘Options’ on the right.
    • For group registration, select ‘Group Registration’ to register more than one employee at a time. If an employee is not listed in your roster send the individual(s) name, title, physical address, telephone number and email address to info@amac-org.com.
  • After registering, complete your payment method to secure your spot!
