NOTE: Your badge and accompanying tickets/wristbands, which you will receive at onsite registration, are your passport to all events and should always be kept with you. Your badge is required for admission to all conference events. In addition to your badge, your tickets/wristbands are required for admission to all ticketed-conference events.

Your individual registration includes the below events.

Your individual registration does not include these events. A separate registration is required for each of these events unless you are a sponsor and they are included in your sponsorship benefits.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations will be charged a $150 processing fee regardless of when they are received. Cancellations will be accepted until May 9, 2023. No refunds will be made after this date. Conference registration cancellations must be in writing to events@amac-org.com. All requests for cancellations must be accompanied by payment information and/or a copy of the official purchase confirmation.

STANDARD RATES (AFTER APRIL 28, 2023)

  • Airport or Corporate Member $1,300

    Exclusive registration pricing for AMAC Airport or Corporate Members.

  • Business or ACDBE/DBE/MBE/SBE/WBE Member $1,200

    Exclusive registration pricing for AMAC Business or ACDBE/DBE/MBE/SBE/WBE Members.

  • Individual Member $1,200

    Exclusive registration pricing for AMAC Individiual Members.

  • Non-Member $1,600

  • Federal Government Employee $970

    The Federal Government Employee fee is for valid U.S. federal government employees. A valid government employee ID that does not expire by June 2023 must accompany your registration and will be verified by the AMAC National Office.

  • Student $435

    The Student fee is for a student enrolled full-time in high school or an undergraduate or graduate program. Your valid school email address is required to register. A student identification may be requested for validation.

  • DBE/ACDBE Liaison Officer & Program Administrators Training (2 Days) $610

    DBE/ACDBE Liaison Officer & Program Administrators Trainings are NOT included in the conference registration fee. You can add to your registration or only participate in the training offerings.

  • DBE/ACDBE Liaison Officer & Program Administrators Training (1 Day) $350

    DBE/ACDBE Liaison Officer & Program Administrators Trainings are NOT included in the conference registration fee. You can add to your registration or only participate in the training offerings.

  • Business Matchmaking $260

    Business Matchmaking is included with your conference registration. Alternatively, you can register to participate in this event only.

  • Celebrating Women in Aviation Breakfast $195

    The AMAC Foundation Celebrating Women in Aviation Breakfast is NOT included in the conference registration fee. You can add this to your registration or only participate in the AMAC Foundation Celebrating Women in Aviation Breakfast.

  • Golf Tournament Single Player $350

    AMAC Foundation Bill Walker Memorial Golf Tournament is NOT included in the conference registration fee. You can add this to your registration or only participate in the tournament.

  • Golf Tournament Foursome $1,200

    AMAC Foundation Bill Walker Memorial Golf Tournament is NOT included in the conference registration fee. You can add this to your registration or only participate in the tournament.

  • Guest Pass $650

    A guest pass is intended for family members and guests not actively involved in aviation (not for business associates, staff, colleagues or students). A guest cannot be a member of AMAC or any of its aviation affiliates. There is a limit of one guest pass per registrant and it must accompany a full conference registration.
