Capt Bliley graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 2014. She attended Undergraduate Pilot Training at Laughlin AFB in Del Rio, Texas where she graduated in class 16-09, and then flew the RC-135 at Offutt AFB in Bellevue, Nebraska from 2016-2020. She is currently a T-6 Instructor Pilot at Columbus AFB in Columbus, Mississippi.
