• The conference hotel reservation links are provided to registered attendees through their individual conference registration confirmation email and should not be shared.
• Sponsors may reserve the number of hotel rooms based on the number of conference registrations included in their sponsorship package.
• Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any AMAC conference room-block reservations made by non-registrants will be subject to cancellation and forfeiture of the paid room deposit.
• The discounted rate is available on June 10 and June 11, 2026, for those registered for the DBE/ACDBE Liaison Officer & Program Administrators and BCA Trainings. Use the calendar on the reservations page to select your preferred arrival date.
