Mr. Jhamba currently serves as Director and Chief Operating Officer of Founders’ Impact Inc., a Specialized Small Business Investment Company. He has extensive experience in Finance having held equity research and analysis roles within endowments and stockbroking firms. He also brings small business operations expertise having served as an Operations Manager within a startup cashless payments infrastructure provider that was a pioneer in implementing NFC payments at events and festivals in Africa.

Currently Mr. Jhamba leads product development in Founders Impact as well as its portfolio insurtech CapStream with regard to expanding bonding capacity for, and delivering capital to, diverse and emerging contractors.

Mr. Jhamba is a CFA® Charterholder and holds a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial and Financial Mathematics and a master’s degree in Finance.
