The AMAC Foundation’s work is rooted in students. Our mission is to ensure young people have not only access to this industry, but also the confidence, preparation and support to thrive within it. Through scholarships, mentorship and programs such as Project LIFT, Celebrating Women in Aviation and the Bill Walker Memorial Golf Tournament, we are helping students discover pathways that once felt out of reach and empowering them to envision what is possible.

We are navigating a moment that asks more of us as leaders, partners and advocates. The next generation is paying attention to how we respond to change and uncertainty. They are learning from how we collaborate, show respect for differing perspectives and whether we choose to lead with intention. When we come together with a shared commitment to the greater good, we demonstrate the kind of leadership that builds trust, opportunity and lasting impact.
