Exhibit booths include two exhibit staff passes allowing access to the Experience Hall and specific events and meal functions. To attend the conference or other events outside of what is listed below, please purchase individual registrations.

Exhibit Booth Payment & Cancellation Policy

All exhibit booth payments must be received within 30 days of purchasing an exhibit booth and no later than Wednesday, June 3, 2026, one week before the start of the conference. Failure to make the required payment on time may result in AMAC terminating the exhibitor’s participation in the event without further notice. No refunds or cancellations are permitted for exhibit booths.

Yes, WiFi is available for Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center guests. You do not need to order it unless you need a dedicated line.

Anyone helping with booth set-up on Thursday, June 11 or breakdown on Saturday, June 13, must have proper credentials:

  • Registered Exhibit Staff will already be credentialed.
  • Anyone NOT registered as Exhibit Staff must check in onsite to receive a wristband to access the Experience Hall during move-in and move-out hours.

Each booth includes two (2) exhibit staff registrations with the booth. If you need more, you may purchase up to three (3) additional Exhibitor Booth Staff passes per booth.

These passes grant full access to the Experience Hall and exhibitor activities. Don’t delay—passes are limited.

Yes! Each in-person exhibitor will receive a virtual exhibit booth on the official AMAC2026 Conference App (Whova).

Your virtual booth will be pre-populated with your organization’s essential information:

  • Organization name
  • Description
  • Logo
  • Exhibit Booth Primary Contact’s name and email

Once your booth is set up, you’ll receive a unique link and instructions to update and manage your virtual presence, including uploading documents, links, and videos to enhance visibility and engagement with attendees.

Please emailexhibits@eventsessential.com for anything related to exhibiting AFTER you have purchased an exhibit booth and confirmed your space in the Experience Hall.

Freeman’s Exhibitor Services team is available daily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM from move-in to move-out. AMAC’s Exhibit Manager will also be on-site daily from move-in to move-out. Contact exhibits@eventsessential.com.
