MENTEES: Please follow the steps below to register as a MENTEE for the Speed Mentoring session.
- Register for the summit.
- In the Attendee Info tab of the summit registration form, select the “Mentor or Mentee?” question and choose the “I am a Mentee” option.
- In the Attendee Selections tab of the summit registration form, select the “Speed Mentorship Session | Thursday, September 18, 2025” option.
- Once you’re registered, the AMAC National Office will provide a sign-up link to you where you can sign up for mentor meeting slots.
Note: Mentee spots are limited and will close once at capacity, and will no longer be available for selection in the registration form. Hadiya Culbreath (hculbreath@amac-org.com) from the AMAC National Office will be in contact with summit registrants who indicated their interest in being a mentee on their registration form and provide

How to Race in the 5K “Team She SOARS” Group:
1. Register for the 2nd Annual She SOARS – Women in Aviation Summit (WIAS2025) and select “Atlanta’s Mayor’s 5k on the Runway” during your WIAS2025 registration.
2. Register for the 5K here: https://runsignup.com/Race/Register?raceId=117108&privateEventCode=TEAMSHESOARS.
3. Fill in your registration information.
- For the “Choose Your Event” section, select the “Timed 5K – Team She Soars” option.
- For the “Would you like to join or create a Group/Team?” question, select the “YES” option.
4. Select the “Continue” button to proceed to the next step.
5. Review the waiver agreement and enter your initials in the field at the end of the waiver to agree.
6. Complete the additional questions form.
7. Select the “Continue” button to proceed to the next step.
8. Complete the Mayor’s Charity Fund – The Mayor’s Youth Scholarship Program form.
9. Select the “Continue” button to proceed to the next step.
10. Complete the payment form.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Conference registration cancellations will be charged a $75 processing fee. Cancellations will be accepted until Monday, August 18, 2025. No refunds will be made after this date. All cancellations must be requested in writing to events@amac-org.com. All cancellation requests must be accompanied by payment information and/or a copy of the official purchase confirmation. Refunds less the processing fee will be processed within 45 days.
