Welcome to Baltimore, Maryland, and thank you for joining us for a week centered on purpose, progress and possibility.<\/p>

Baltimore is a city shaped by legacy and driven by community, where history and innovation exist side by side. It is a place that understands perseverance, transformation and the power of collective effort. That spirit aligns deeply with the work of the AMAC Foundation and with why we gather each year; to strengthen opportunity, expand access and invest in those who will lead the future of aviation and aerospace.<\/p>

The AMAC Foundation\u2019s work is rooted in students. Our mission is to ensure young people have not only access to this industry, but also the confidence, preparation and support to thrive within it. Through scholarships, mentorship and programs such as Project LIFT, Celebrating Women in Aviation and the Bill Walker Memorial Golf Tournament, we are helping students discover pathways that once felt out of reach and empowering them to envision what is possible.<\/p>

We are navigating a moment that asks more of us as leaders, partners and advocates. The next generation is paying attention to how we respond to change and uncertainty. They are learning from how we collaborate, show respect for differing perspectives and whether we choose to lead with intention. When we come together with a shared commitment to the greater good, we demonstrate the kind of leadership that builds trust, opportunity and lasting impact.<\/p>

None of this work happens in isolation. Your continued support of the AMAC Foundation makes a meaningful difference in the lives of students across the country. Because of your engagement and belief in this mission, doors are opened, futures are shaped and new possibilities emerge. As we gather in Baltimore, we do so with gratitude for all you make possible and with renewed resolve to continue this important work.<\/p>
