Conference registration cancellations will be charged a $150 processing fee<\/strong>, and conference event ticket cancellations will be charged a $75 processing fee<\/strong>. Cancellations will be accepted until Monday, May 11, 2026.<\/strong> No refunds will be made after this date. Conference registration cancellations must be in writing to events@amac-org.com.<\/a> All cancellation requests must be accompanied by payment information and\/or a copy of the official purchase confirmation. Refunds, excluding the processing fee, will be processed within 45 days.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To ensure a secure environment, all conference participants must wear AMAC conference badges to access all events. AMAC prohibits badge sharing or splitting. Any violation of this policy may result in removal from an event and cancellation of registration without a refund. For lost badges, an $800 badge reprint fee<\/strong> and valid photo identification are required per badge.
