Otto leads the development and execution of Clayco’s large projects from conceptual design to turnover and has personally led over $1.7 billion in new construction projects across numerous markets. Otto has driven the expansion of Clayco’s executive team in Chicago. He has also been instrumental in growing Clayco’s aviation practice, which includes executive oversight of Clayco’s work on the O’Hare 21 suite of projects (new Terminal 5 garage, Looper project, Elevated Parking Structure, and 4R 22L Runway Rehabilitation). Otto is currently responsible for providing owner’s representation and program management services for The Obama Presidential Center, now under construction, and for the business development initiatives for Clayco’s Corporate Business Unit and Chicago Business Unit. Finally, he serves as co-founder and lead trustee of Clayco’s Juneteenth Fund, which has raised over $250,000 since 2020.
