Kirk Brouwer is the DBE/ACDBE compliance specialist assigned to airports in FAA’s Southwest Region. He joined FAA in 2021. Prior to the FAA, Kirk worked on the general contractor’s team handling M/W/DBE/SDBOV and subcontractor vetting/prequalification compliance for a $1 billion train hall redevelopment project in New York City.
