Justin Phy is the President and co-founder of Barich, Inc., overseeing the company and serving clients as a Principal Consultant. He has 23 years of experience in the aviation industry and has conducted strategic planning, business case development, innovation implementation, and case studies at approximately 40 airports globally. Justin specializes in identifying and understanding airport business needs and applying technology planning and innovative consulting solutions appropriately. Perhaps most formative is Justin’s experience developing technology evaluation approaches, implementation frameworks, and management programs for ACRP projects. Justin is an ACRP Ambassador Emeritus and currently serves as a Panel Member for a program focused on “Facilitating Implementation of ACRP Products.” He has played key roles in eleven (11) ACRP projects, serving as the Principal Investigator position for four (4) of them addressing the topics of Alternative IT Delivery Methods for Small and Medium Airports, Integrated Passenger Self-Services, Transformative Technologies at Airports, and Developing a Culture of Innovation at Airports.
