Jonathan Klein is the National Team Lead for the Airport Disability and Nondiscrimination Compliance Programs at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Civil Rights.  The team oversees airport program compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act, Rehabilitation Act, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related requirements, ensuring nondiscrimination on the basis of disability, race, color, national origin, sex, creed, and age.  The team conducts compliance reviews, complaint investigations, and consultations and trainings.  Jonathan has worked at the FAA since 2015, following nine years with the Federal Transit Administration, where he focused on civil rights matters and oversight of transit services and major infrastructure projects.  Jonathan earned his undergraduate degree at Columbia University and law degree at the University of Southern California.  Jonathan is a member of the California State Bar.
