With over 26 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, Drew began his career working on airfield infrastructure & related systems in US Air Force Civil Engineering units. During this time, he amassed a wide range of operational experience, leading project teams on complex projects to ensure DoD airfields met operational standards to ensure mission requirements. After 26 years and 4 combat tours to the middle east, he is now retired. Drew started his civilian career working for large GC’s to lead business development and small business programs within the Aviation and Federal/Public sectors. Currently, he leads business development for the western region of Shrewsberry & Associates, a national DBE, MBE, SBE Aviation & Transportation Civil Engineering firm. He is a passionate champion for America’s communities through workforce development and small business education & advocacy.
