Capt. Darian N. Reeder is a MQ-9 Pilot, 3^rd Special Operations Squadron, Cannon AFB, New Mexico.  The 3^rd SOS supports theater commanders by providing precision weapons employment, persistent intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance, and direct support to special operation forces deployed in the field.

Captain Reeder attended Baylor University and received her commission through Officer Training School (OTS). Her prior assignment includes being a Rated Diversity officer at Detachment 1, Joint-Base San Antonio, Texas.

As a Rated Diversity Officer, Lt Haynes informed, influenced, and inspired tomorrow’s leaders through innovative outreach opportunities.  Detachment 1 is an Air-Force wide initiative tasked to increase the diversity of the rated corps while inspiring future Airmen to pursue opportunities in aviation.  It also provides young Air Force officers the opportunity for professional development.
