Beverly “Bev” Richardson is Sr. Director, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) at AECOM. Ms. Richardson oversees the ED&I strategy development and implementation of programs and initiatives that promote equity, diversity and inclusion throughout the Americas. Bev joined AECOM in June 2016 and before moving into ED&I in July 2020, Bev partnered with regional, functional and business line executives to help drive their people strategic initiatives.

For over 25+ years, prior to joining AECOM Bev held roles in Human Resources with increasing responsibilities in healthcare and biotech organizations across diverse teams and she recognizes the importance of diversity in an organizations culture. 

Bev currently volunteers and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of RESJA, Racial Equity and Social Justice Alliance since July 2020. A non-profit, RESJA drives initiatives to address legislative, economic and education matters impacting our underrepresented communities.

Bev has an understanding of the factors that influence equity, diversity and inclusion in a workplace and is passionate about ED&I initiatives that promote change. She is excited to work for a company with the beliefs and commitment to ED&I as AECOM.
