The National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA) is one of America’s premier associations of executive public servant leadership. Since NFBPA was founded in 1983, its membership has grown to include a diverse group of managers and executives in virtually all disciplines represented in state and local governments. In addition to public service professionals, the organization’s membership embraces those in the private sector and the field of higher education.
