This ACC Institute 101 online training program provides an overview of activities and construction near airports and meeting FAA criteria to prevent obstructions to flight operations.
Terminal 1 Concession Program Networking Session
This fall, the San Francisco Airport Commission will be issuing the Terminal 1 Concession Program Requests for Proposals ("RFPs") for approximately 15 food & beverage and 17 retail locations. In preparation for the release of the Terminal 1 RFPs, Revenue Development and Management is holding a networking session wherein which larger airport concessionaires can set up tables and meet with local and small businesses. Please note that space is limited to 10 concessionaires.
Supplier Diversity Day
Broward College has partnered with the State of Florida Department of Management Services to bring this special event that will feature panel discussions to address barriers faced by small, minority and women-owned businesses in public contracting and matchmaking; plus networking one-on-one sessions with exhibitors.

U.S. DOT Announces $185.8 Million in Infrastructure Grants to 62 Airports
The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) announced the Federal Aviation Administration will award $185.8 million in Airport Improvement Program (AIP) grants to 62 airports.

The reassurance from the White House comes as GOP leaders have signaled that the timeline for Trump's $1 trillion infrastructure package, which has yet to be unveiled and will likely slip to next year.
