2016 AMAC Guide for Elections

It is time to begin the 2016 Board of Directors Campaign and Election process! Please be advised, that the nomination period will be opening May 5-27, 2016. This period is not only an opportunity to vote for AMAC leadership but also to help frame and support the future of the organization.

As a voting member, your initial impact on the direction, goals and initiatives of AMAC is in the election process.  Whether standing for office yourself, nominating a viable candidate for office, supporting a nominee, or simply making certain that your vote is counted, participation in the election process is not only an opportunity, it is also a responsibility.

Candidates AMAC Membership must be current as of May 29, 2016
Nominations period May 5 through May 25, 2016
Board Approval of Slate of Candidates June 2, 2016
The 2016 Campaign dates June 3 through June 30, 2016
Candidates Campaign period closes June 30, 2016
Electronic voting period July 1 – July 22, 2016
Auditor Ratify 2016 Elections July 26, 2016
Membership Ratify 2016 Board of Directors during Annual Meeting August 22, 2016
