The mission of the Airport Minority Advisory Council Educational and Scholarship Program, Inc. (AMAC ESP) is to develop educational programs and information designed to substantially increase the nationwide pool of future aviation professionals, particularly minorities and women, and to contribute to the public’s understanding of the aviation industry. The following events are fundraisers for AMAC ESP held in conjunction with our conference. Tax-deductible sponsorships and branding opportunities are available for each individual event.
ProjectLift (Leaders Inspiring Future Talent)
Project LIFT is a program that exposes regional high school and college students to aviation-related professionals. A group of AMAC professionals will discuss their career paths, and offer mentoring. Students will hear firsthand, details of an actual airport improvement project and how various professionals impact the development of the project, from concessionaires to architects. This effort is part of the AMAC ESP mission to encourage minority and female students to explore careers in aviation.
Note: AMAC ESP is a 501 (c)(3) and may receive contributions. No goods or services were provided by the organization in return for your contribution. If you wish to donate, stock or other property please contact the AMAC National office in Alexandria, VA. (703) 414-2622.
