Esther Francis

Ms. Francis has overseen projects providing Construction Management, General Construction and Project Management services to complex multi-million dollar hospital facilities, prisons, airports and higher education facilities. After earning her degree from A&M, she went on to serve as the Project Engineer of the Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing Trades for Jacobs Engineering on the $750M New Hospital Complex for Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. Ms. Francis left Jacobs to pursue the formation of her first company.  Eight years later, she formed Structural Steel Fabrication Company.  These companies reached their pinnacles by securing several of the largest contracts out for bid in the City at the time. Today, Ms. Francis is spearheading the growth of Fronza & Francis. With a history of superior performance founded on an uncompromising commitment to excellence in a diverse range of project types, focusing on Construction Management, F&F remains committed to the highest levels of quality of performance, satisfaction to our customers, employee enrichment, and job satisfaction. F&F strives to achieve continuous improvement in the quality of its work product and the opportunities for its employees, in a safe and cost-effective manner.

Ms. Francis is very involved in giving back to the community and helping other small contractors grow their business and realize their dreams of running a successful construction company. She serves as a member and oftentimes a leader of several Professional Non-Profit Organizations. Ms. Francis has also been very active in helping young adults achieve success in their high school career while teaching them that Construction, as a career is a very viable option. She founded an economic development program through NAMC, called the iMAGINE Project.  The goal with this program is to help improve school attendance, graduation rates and parental involvement.
