Deven Judd gravitated towards airport management because it combined business, aviation, operations and so many other aspects of other industries. Deven began his career in 1998 with the goal of becoming an airport executive director. He has spent his career in commercial management of airports serving in properties, business development, planning, real estate, parking, rental cars and concessions. He is currently the Director of Concessions Leasing and Development at Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority which operates both Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and Washington Dulles International Airport. He oversees the leasing, development and implementation of the concessions program at both airports generating more than $300 Million in revenue to the Authority. He has held positions with Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International, Jacobsen/Daniels Associates and the Jacksonville Aviation Authority.
Mr. Judd is both an Accredited Airport Executive (A.A.E.) bestowed by the American Association of Airport Executives and an International Airport Professional (IAP) which is awarded through the Global ACI-ICAO Airport Management Professional Accreditation Program, a strategic initiative born from the partnership between Airports Council International and the International Civil Aviation Organization. In 2014, Airport Business Magazine named Deven to its list of 40 industry leaders to watch under the age of 40. Deven majored in Aviation Management at Hampton University and earned an MBA from the University of North Florida.
