Angela Berry Roberson

Angela Berry Roberson is the Director of Diversity Contract Compliance for Ferrovial US Construction Companies compromising of Ferrovial Agroman US and Webber construction. Angela is responsible for managing the comprehensive Diversity and Civil Rights contract requirements, program management and compliance for the company’s U.S. projects including the mega dollar Public Private Partnership (P3) Concessionaire highway projects and Design Build projects as well as the high speed rail projects in California and Texas. This responsibility includes the development of the company diversity program, overall contract compliance, monitoring/reporting, outreach and administration of the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program, the Workforce Diversity goals and Diversity Affairs for the companies nationwide. Ms. Roberson has over 20 years of experience in Civil Rights and DBE Program Management services for both the private and public sector in the construction and transportation industry. She has extensive experience in DBE policy and compliance on both traditional and alternative project delivery projects especially major capital projects.

Angela is actively involved in several activities and organizations both professionally and socially. Angela sits on the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association Board of Directors as well as the DBE taskforce for the Texas Associated General Contractors (AGC). Additionally, she sits on the Board of Directors for the Episcopal School of Dallas and the past Chair for the Dallas/Fort Worth Rice University Alumni Association. Angela is a native Dallasite and a licensed attorney who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rice University in Houston, TX and a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. She is married and she and her husband have two daughters.
