The AMAC Foundation has awarded over $300,000 in scholarships to college students since 1998. The scholarships include:

Aviation and Professional Development Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to a student who demonstrates and interest and desire to pursue a career in the aviation/airport industry and seeking a BS or BA in Aviation, Business Administration, Accounting, Architecture, Engineering, or Finance.

AMAC Member Award

This scholarship is awarded to a student who is a current AMAC member or a family member or mentee of an AMAC member.

Scholarships in Memoriam

The Charlotte Trade Foundation has established the PJ & Dietra Benton and Bernie Johnson Memorial Scholarships in honor of their loved ones and close business partners at the Charlotte Airport. These longtime AMAC members were dedicated to scholarship, business leadership, and encouraging the success of fellow DBEs, and the AMAC Foundation is proud to honor their legacy by supporting student scholars.

Judelka St. Fort

Judelka St. Fort will be a freshman at Florida Memorial University this fall, pursuing a degree in Aeronautical Science and Engineering.

AMAC Foundation Scholarship - $2000

Kaleb Phillips

Kaleb Phillips is a student at University of Central Missouri, an FAA Part 141 training facility, he will graduate in December with an Aviation Management: Flight Operations degree with a minor in Business Administration.
