Krystal J. Brumfield
President & CEO
Krystal J. Brumfield serves as the current President and Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Brumfield previously held the position of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the D.C. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, DC. During her tenure, she was responsible for providing leadership to the Chamber's overall strategic planning process and implementing new programmatic initiatives. She was responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the operational aspects of the annual budget. She was also heavily involved in fundraising and planning major events for the organization.
Ms. Brumfield has worked as the Tax and Procurement Counsel for the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business & Entrepreneurship, chaired by former Senator Mary Landrieu. Brumfield used innovative ideas, political savvy and business acumen to lead the Committee's tax and contracting legislative agenda as well as vet nominees to the Small Business Administration.
Brumfield graduated from Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, earned a Juris Doctorate from the Southern University Law Center, and obtained a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Anthony W. Barnes

Anthony Barnes joined the AMAC team in January 2015. He has previously worked in fundraising at Doctors Community Hospital, a non-profit hospital in Lanham, MD. Prior to Doctors Community Hospital, Anthony worked in fundraising and member relations at the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization in Alexandria, VA. Anthony received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oakwood University in Huntsville, AL. He also received a Master of Public Administration degree from Bowie State University in Bowie, MD, concentrating in Public Policy.

Shahara Anderson-Davis is a brand development and management professional who has held positions at the 11th Street Bridge Park and DC Chamber of Commerce. She is a proud alumnus of Temple University where she obtained a B.B.A in International Business Administration and has studied abroad in Argentina and Vietnam. She has developed transferable skills as she continues her professional career focusing in strategic communications strategies and stakeholder engagement in her hometown - the nation's capital.

Kendrick Dandridge is an analytical strategic thinker and communicator with proven ability to provide support to C-Suite leaders. With an accounting background and International experience, Kendrick supports the assessment and improvement of financial effectiveness and maximizing marketing and public relations initiatives. Kendrick is skilled at building consensus among stakeholders and partners including board members, elected officials, constituents, organized labor, community partnerships and advocacy groups. Kendrick is a native of Memphis, TN and received his B.A in Finance and Accounting at Oakwood University. He has also studied abroad and lived in Argentina and Spain.
