message from the president

krystal-brumfield-head-shot

Dear Members and Friends:

Last week in partnership with the Houston Airport System we hosted our annual Airport Business Diversity Conference themed The Magic of Flight. Our highly acclaimed conference held at Houston's new Marriott Marquis was full of fun and excitement as nearly 1,000 of the nation's most esteemed aviation leaders, business owners, aviation professionals and government officials united to discuss a variety of subjects ranging from how to do business at airports to public policy issues impacting the entire aviation industry.

A great deal of the success of this conference was due to our sponsors. Their generous contribution and support was critical in making The Magic of Flight memorable. This year has been one filled with many victories for AMAC and thanks to you our conference continues to provide a balanced program that addresses the diverse needs and the variety of interest levels of those who share AMAC's goal of promoting diversity inclusion in airport contracting and employment.

I look forward to continuing to work with you in 2017 and value your partnership and commitment to AMAC! Be sure to check out event photos here. See you in Seattle next summer!

Sincerely,

brumfield
